What we do
Grading and levelling, digging footings and pool areas, drainage and trenching, stripping sod, pulling stumps and roots, and hauling the spoil away. We size the machine to the access, so a 4 ft gate is not a problem.
Old concrete, cracked patios, failing retaining walls, rotten decks, sheds, overgrown beds. We break it out, load it and take it with us, so you are not left with a pile in the driveway.
Segmental retaining walls, block steps and landings, paver patios and walkways. Built the way they are supposed to last: proper base depth, compacted in lifts, drainage rock and geogrid behind the wall where it is needed, and polymeric sand in the joints. Our block and paver guy is the best we have worked with and it shows in the lines.
River rock and mulch beds over commercial-grade fabric, feature boulders, planting, and cut edges that hold their shape. Low maintenance is usually the goal, so we build for it.
The whole yard in one go. Demo the old one, cut the grade, build the hard surfaces, then plant and finish. One crew, one schedule, one number.
That is the bulk of what we do, and it is all residential. If it involves moving dirt or rebuilding a yard, ask us about it.

Our block and paver guy is the best I have worked with. Walls, steps and patios come out clean, straight and dead flat. We run our own excavators and our own crew, demo through final grade, and we finish what we start before we pick up the next job.
We are building this for the long run, in the same neighbourhoods we live in. That is a good reason to do it right the first time.
